Last April, Apple filed a lawsuit against Samsung claiming patent, trademark, and trade dress infringement by Samsung smart phones and tablets which Apple claimed illegally copied the look and feel of Apple’s iPhone and iPod both in overall design and in the user interface. A few days later, Samsung counter-sued Apple in several countries alleging patent infringements by Apple.
