According to TNW Samsung has filed a motion requesting the addressed court force Apple to show their upcoming iPhone 4S/5 and also the iPad 3. This is the reaction due the action by a judge who ruled out that Samsung to hand over Samsung Galaxy S2, Galaxy Tab 8.9 and Galaxy Tab 10.1, infuse 4G and Droid devices to Apple’s Legal Team.
