Well if you still got some doubts about Google Android, I guess the latest numbers of sales by Google should help you believe it. Because like 200,000 new Android devices are been soldeach day, which was like 100,000 just I guess two months ago, according to Google CEO Eric Schmidt.
At the Techonomy conference, Schmidt told the listeners, “Android is not Android is not just phenomenal but incredibly phenomenal in its growth rate.”
Earlier this week there are more comment from Google’s Nielsen which says that it’s been first time that people in the U.S actually bought more Android Phones as compare toiPhones.

According to Research Firm iSuppli, come out with a prediction that Android’s market share may go beyond the iPhone’s iOS in 2012.
Also that in 2010, Android will likely to be used over 75 million smartphones, which was like5 million in 2009, according to iSuppli. And for iPhone iOS it may be like 62 million phones by 2012 which is like 25 million in 2009.
Checkout the iSuppli forecast for Android and iOS that is used worldwide;

If we look at the market share, Android will be having like 19.4 % share worldwide in all theSmartPhone operating systems, which was like 2.7 % in 2009. If we look at the Apple’s iOSfor the iPhone which will be like 15.9 % in 2012 and previously it was like 13.8 % in 2009, according to iSuppli.
Well this is not a big surprise to the SmartPhones industry as Android Phones are rapidly growing. If you all remember that first Android-based SmartPhone was launched in 2008, byGoogle after working with HTC and T-Mobile.
According to Tina Teng, who is the senior analyst, wireless communications for iSupple;
“The OS started with entry-level models in 2008, but the flexibility Android offers for hardware designs and its appealing business model in terms of revenue sharing have attracted vigorous support,”
